Father's Day Pictures

We offered a Father's Day deal this year for families in the Temecula. Old Town Temecula has such a neat feel to it in the evenings. When we get the opportunity to book more than one family at a time, we know just where to take them. There are so many picture perfect places with all the buildings and beautiful clearings.

What better gift to give Dad than awesome pictures of his kids and wife? This mom and her kids haven't had pictures done since the daughter was a baby, so this was a novelty for us! We love being able to share the gift of memories. I think Dad was probably beyond thrilled.

The last time we saw this family, the son was just a shy toddler. Now he is a ball of smiles and energy. What a joy to photograph. Daddy is on deployment and will be back in a couple of months. Just imagine how big his smile was, abroad, seeing his loves in these beautiful pictures.

We can't thank these families enough for trusting us to put these memories in print for them.

A Sweet Surprise

I have never been good at surprises. But, when a good friend of mine called and said she had quite a huge surprise to give her husband and she wanted me to capture it, I couldn't deny the opportunity.

It took days of coy operations to get the plan in place, but it all came together and was honestly one of the sweetest moments I have been witness too. Of course, we had the extra blessing of a light sprinkling of rain the day of to help make it extra fun and unique.

This was just moments before she pulled out a second, smaller umbrella, and a tiny pair of shoes.

Just moments after she told him, he was so taken by the news that he was going to be a father again, this time to his own. He is already an amazing step-father.

Congratulations to Stephanie and Andrew on your pregnancy.
We can't wait to meet the new edition in a few months!

Huge family, huge fun

It doesn't get any better in life than having fun doing what you love, especially when it's for friends of the family and their huge family. We met this group at Windansea, in La Jolla, and spent the hour before sunset doing pictures in the sun and the sand. They were so lively and exciting to work with.

We had fun working with all of the six children, who each had the best personalities and such good manners! We were super impressed with this bunch.

What a wonderful gift for this family to all be together. This weekend was a special one. One of the sweet older girls was receiving her first Communion, and the whole family came to embrace her and celebrate her.

I am so glad they found the time and energy, in the midst of the celebration, to come and do some pictures for their memory books with Mamarazzi. We enjoyed their energy and willingness to relax and have fun!
