Happy New Year!

As we reflect on 2012 we feel very honored to have had so many repeat clients.  This year's video goes back in time with these families, and we feel so blessed to have been able to capture you all throughout the years.  We are also thankful for all the referrals and new clients.  Happy New Year!  We look forward to making more memories in 2013.

A family reunion | San Diego Extended Family Photographers

These five families came together for the first time in eight years, in our great town of San Diego:

They were all together to celebrate the High School graduation of one of the boys.  They had a packed weekend full of activities, but we are sure glad they all made time to stop quickly in Balboa Park for some pictures before heading to the Zoo!

The next one in line graduates in just two years.  We look forward to seeing them all again then!

More of the fun & lovely ladies | San Diego Family Photographers

A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of photographing these three lovely ladies at the gorgeous Rancho Bernardo Winery:

Mom says she's always the one behind the camera, so she has tons of pictures of Dad with the girls, but none of herself.  We took care of that problem...

These girls were SO much fun...

And seriously, just so beautiful...

Thanks, ladies, for letting Mamarazzi capture your gorgeous photos!

Generations

The Mamas here at Mamarazzi love to see extended families. We love to see them come together, and we love capturing them together for the memory books.

We started with the Semingson family. They came to us with four generations. We met a family of four, along with the Mom's Mom, and her Mom as well. It was beautiful to see them blend together as a family, and so interesting to hear them speak in German, which was Great Grandma's language. We met them at Harveston Lake in Temecula, and spent an hour seizing each precious memory we could before Great Grandma was to head back to Germany.

And of course we had time for a little silliness.

The following weekend, we visited another Grandma and her adoring Granddaughter. They love to spend time gardening together, so we spent a lot of time in their backyard that is near and dear to both.

Once more we were able to get a generational picture. Three generations of women in Grandma's beautiful backyard, where they love to be.

Think of us when your family needs pictures of generations of love. We would LOVE to be there for those moments with you.

Time to meet Baby Owen and Baby Olivia

Remember back in January, when we posted pictures of this adorable couple?

Well, Sarah and Ken had their beautiful twins six weeks ago, and we had the absolute pleasure of being able to capture some of their sweetness for the memory books.

Introducing....

Owen and Olivia

It seriously doesn't get any cuter.

We were pretty smitten with these sweet little ones. I am sure we aren't the only ones.

Repeat business ROCKS!

It is such a compliment to have people return to us year after year. We are always so excited to see how families grow and change, and feel blessed to be a part of preserving their memories. Check out our latest shoot at Balboa Park with this handsome family.

Last time we saw them, the oldest son was a senior in high school. Now he is in college and it is the youngest who is the high school senior.

Oh, how time flies!

Quick Update

We apologize for being slightly neglectful of our BLOG this year.  We thought we'd give you a quick update to share some of what we've been up to.  There will be more coming here soon, we promise!

We started out the year with a gorgeous aspiring model/actress who needed her first set of headshots.  What a fun time it was working with her and capturing some gorgeous shots.

We then had the pleasure of photographing an adorable couple, expecting twins! We sure hope they get in touch when those precious babies arrive!

Next up was an incredibly fun Birthday party!  These sweet young ladies like to get together and set up their own portrait studios to take each other's pictures.  Mom thought it would be fun to have a real photo session for her 16th Birthday, and boy was she correct!  These girls could have gone on all night taking pictures (us too).  Happy Birthday Brooke!

In February, we did our second annual Father/Daughter dance pictures for Ellen Browning Elementary.  It's always so fun to be behind the scenes of so many little girls and their Dads, having so much fun dancing the night away.  Here are a couple pictures from the evening.  Each girl got a print included with their ticket purchase.

Finally, most recently we did Birthday pictures for another little girl.  She was one of the newborns we photographed...three years ago!  Time sure does fly.  Mom wanted a photo Birthday invitation so we met up for a quick photo session, and then designed the card for her.  Designing cards is one of our favorite creative outlets.  Here are a couple of her pictures.

We look forward to working with more of you as 2012 continues!

A perfect Sweet 16

We had the pleasure of taking part of a fabulous sweet 16 Birthday party last Saturday.  These adorable girls put together their own fashion photo shoots for fun, and so Mom hired Mamarazzi to give them a professional shoot.  We had a blast!
Here is just one scene from the day...the girls doing their model poses...

Pitter Pat

The pitter pat of four teeny, tiny feet is eminent for this lovely couple. They are expecting twins!!  Congratulations Ken and Sarah!
